- Urine routine & microscopy
- Blood sugar (RBS/FBS)

Second Trimester (18–22 weeks)
- Anomaly scan (Level II ultrasound)
24–28 weeks
- Oral Glucose Tolerance Test (OGTT)
- Repeat Hemoglobin (if indicated)
Third Trimester (32–36 weeks)

- Growth scan (if clinically indicated)
Essential Supplements in Pregnancy
- Iron + Folic Acid: From 2nd trimester till delivery
- Calcium: From 14 weeks onwards
- Vitamin D: If deficient / high-risk
- Td / TT vaccination: As per national schedule
When to Refer Immediately
- Blood pressure ≥140/90 mmHg
- Severe anemia (Hb <7 g/dL)
- Bleeding per vaginum
- Decreased fetal movements
- Severe headache, convulsions
- Suspected pre-eclampsia / eclampsia
